Upon bringing the vinyl plank flooring home and opening the boxes to acclimate, the first plank we took out had a huge glob of glue oozing out of the click & lock edge. The more planks we took out, the more defects we found: broken corners, scratches (on at least 20% of the planks), and big waves from the pallet straps.
So we took the product back and attempted to get a full refund which took 2 hours of total aggravation. Lumber Liquidators accused us of putting the glob of glue on the plank ourselves. They grudgingly admitted that this product was defective, and then tried to buy us off with a big discount and no warranty. (Why would we install defective flooring even at a discount ?
?) And when we told the manager that this flooring product was ***, he threatened to call the police and have us removed because "we don't use profanity in this store" ! ! After all this, we finally got our $3800 refund. DON'T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH LUMBER LIQUIDATORS !
