Besides having ordered samples from (2) North Jersey stores which were never sent, I ordered wood flooring on line. there was no mention of any delays when ordered.

After a week, I called the store where I was to pick it up from. They said that delivery was scheduled for March! (3 months later) Other stores have stock, but to ship it between stores, I would need to pay shipping. The local store was to look into it for me, never got back to me.

Customer Care is useless! They don't seem concerned that I will cancel a $2,500 order. I asked to speak with a supervisor.

The comment was 'They'll tell you the same thing'. This store needs to learn something about real customer care!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $2500.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Customer service, Customer experience.
