Purchased a Butchers Block countertop on March 27. In May it finally arrived.
A week later when I went to the store to pick it up they had sold it and told me that I had never paid for it. To their surprise I pulled up a photo of the invoice paid back in March on my phone in about thirty seconds from my Dropbox invoices.
I then asked them for a credit to my card and they told me that they had ordered me another one and therefore could not give me a credit until it arrived. I will be filing a consumer complaint against them and luckily I paid with American Express so I will get my money back from them.
Monetary Loss: $341.
