Purchased flooring for my home that I am remodeling. A few days after flooring installed flooring turned hazy.
Sent samples to Lumber liquidators who inspected and stated flooring had manufacturing defect. They only offered a store credit for purchase price and nothing for removal and installation of floors. They claimed I should have seen the defect and not installed floors.
Neither the installer I hired nor me or my wife noticed the defect during installation just like the inspector for the manufacturer missed the defect during production. I would recommend that anyone looking wood flooring avoid purchasing flooring from Lumber Liquidators.
