As General Contractor I puchased hardwood flooring with a 50 year warranty, and had a licensed sub-contractor install $ 10,000 of hardwood flooring that began "cupping" within months. The homeowner sued me, and Lumber Liquidators agreed the floor was installed properly, and insisted the "cupping" was normal.
I was sued and paid out $ 28,500 to the homeowner to have the flooring removed and replaced. Lumber Liquidators did NOTHING to assist me during this nightmare ! Do not purchase any products from this company, as there is no warranty no matter what they claim !
If you purchase flooring from this company you will regret it !
Monetary Loss: $28500.
