Called installer, who called for inspection in August. I did not get report and talked to 3 customer service people at Customer Service Department to get report.

Finally received in April and was asked to review and call back. Called the supervisor and left messages 3 weeks in a row. Never received a call back. Of course the problem is a 1% moisture problem.

I don't think they have a customer satisfaction policy. Must be never make the customer happy. will never put their wood floors in another room.

I will never use Lumber Liquidators again or recommend them to others. I will communicate my problems to as many people and warn them regarding their poor service at any opportunity.

Monetary Loss: $500.
