We were sold the top of the line laminate floor and assured by the sales person that it would provide the highest satisfaction as a kitchen floor. A short time after the installation we noticed buckling.

We were told that we ruined the floor by "using it" where water is present. A kitchen is where water is present. Further the results would have been the same if installed in the living room as spills can happen there as well.

Our request for warranty consideration was coldly rejected.

That a disappointment ... We expected so much better from the national flooring retailer.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $3000.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I liked: Showroom.

I didn't like: Price quality customer service.
