We ordered our product on 4/28/2014 and was quoted on a delivery of 7-10 days.It is now 6/23/2014 and today we are still being told it's 7-10 days out.

We have contacted the store and customer care and have gone to the store in person with no one willing to help us other than telling us it's 7-10 days out, but we have been told it's 7-10 days out on multiple occasions over the last 2 months. Now, we believe we have been lied to about the delivery date when we purchased this product since it was the end of the night on the last sale day, in other words the sales people just wanted to make the last big sale before the end of their "once a year sale".

We have had to put our entire basement project on hold, which is the outcome from the flooding in Colorado in fall 2013. We are now also out our discount on the installation of the floor due to the estimated date changing so many times and being over a month later than expected that the contractor had to move on to other projects that have been lined up.

We have asked for consideration from Lumber Liquidators for their multiple mistakes with the estimated delivery and continued lack of support from both the local store members and corporate customer care (we already filed a claim over a week ago and still haven't heard anything). When we have gone into the store they tell us they already gave us a discount (the sale price, which is still the same price today as it was on the "last day of the sale"), so what do we expect them to do. We have asked for free delivery to our house, to have Lumber Liquidators install the flooring, or/and for a discount on the flooring we purchased. Lumber Liquidators has refused to own up to its mistakes and rudeness by the employees and will not even provide free shipping to our house.

If you can't tell we are outraged by this, how this company has managed it's customers, and its lack of owning it's mistakes and attempting to make it right.If they didn't have the flooring and had any idea it was going to take longer then 7-10, they should have been honest in the beginning.

Monetary Loss: $2576.

I am bit nervous now after reading several of these reviews.I place my order on November 28, was given a delivery date of December 5.

That date came and passed with no contact from the store. I called and was told my order which has been paid for in full would have been on the truck from Virginia to Toronto on Monday December 8 as there was alot of stock in the warehouse. Called today and guess what? No one can tell what the status is.

We had to cancel the workmen last weekend and it looks like the same will happen this week.Totally disappointed with service, it would seem that here the customer is NOT king.

Run and get back whatever money you can.You will never be satisfied with this company.

Trust me--we are going on about 7 months of trying to get them to make things right.They won't do it
