Lumber Liquidators - Standed Bamboo flooring separating
1 of 2

We purchased bamboo flooring from the Reno NV store as recommended by the salesperson. We let it acclimate for 2 months in our house. We installed it as instructed and the floor has separated and shrunk multiple times. We took it apart in several areas and added base shoe molding to cover the separation. It's still continuing to separate after being installed over a year. We had started the complaint procedure with the Reno store and have been contacted once. We are supposed to have someone come to our house to see what it looks like and that... Read more

I ordered and paid for a product, which was in-stock, and patiently waited for 10 days with no word of shipment. I have now called after these 10 days and was conveniently informed, by a telephone assistant named Terry, "They will ship it out today". - I wonder what would have happened if I hadn't called for another 10 days? ..... hopefully, I'll get it. Not a good way to do business I feel. This is my first attempt at using Lumber Liquidators. So I am writing this review to advise customers that they may also run into problematic shipping... Stay way from this company!! Customer service is a total joke!! When we returned the unused product the manager said it wouldn't let him do a refund. His ITT specialist would have to do it. Called back a week later he said refund should be coming through today!! Another week no refund! Called corporate and found out a refund takes up to 5 weeks even using a debit card. First and last time using this company!! The refund wasn't the only issue and I would prefer to go to a reputable company!! Read more

I called the company in Nashua, NH where we bought what is apparently "tainted" laminate flooring from China. You would think that because of all of the bad publicity they would be willing to at least issue store credits for the bad laminate. NO, THEY ARE NOT TAKING ANY PRODUCT BACK OR ISSUING ANY STORE CREDITS!! The person who answered said that there is nothing wrong with the product. You have more of a chance of winning the lottery than getting cancer with the product. Well, apparently, the person is in the medical profession as well... Read more

This laminate is junk. It doesn't snap together like it's supposed to. We ended up having to nail it down, which looks bad. Lumber liquidators would only take it back after charging a restocking even though the laminate was defective. So we ended up keeping because after what their restocking would have been, we couldn't afford anything else. After having it installed for awhile, it is not easy to clean. It shows dirt. I hate it. You will be very disappointed in this laminate. Read more

We bought flooring at the pa location on Campbell's Run Road and the men working had no personalities. They didn't acknowledge we even walked into the store. I felt like i was bothering them asking questions about flooring. Nobody advised us on what type of flooring would be best. We bought flooring and installed it. It is junk to install the pieces are poorly made to snap together and some broke so easy. I am never using this place again. Read more
